Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total amount of the order. Before completing your purchase, you will be able to view the shipping costs in the cart once you have selected the destination country.

Delivery times

When ordering prescription glasses, the delivery time is higher due to the adaptation of the lenses to their prescription in the frame. But the manufacturing time does not exceed 3-4 days.

If any product is not in stock, the delivery period would be notified by email.

Shipping is not available to the Canary Islands, Azores Islands or Madeira.

Taxes and customs

All Visual-Click products are understood to include VAT.

If the shipment incurs customs duties, the customer will be responsible for paying these charges. If the customer refuses to cover the customs fees, Visual-Click will not issue a refund and will not take responsibility for the parcel.
