Shipping:

●  Orders with prescription lenses may require an additional 3–5 days.
●  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination country and order amount.
●  Shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
●  For deliveries to the USA, Brazil and India, customs taxes are already included in the shipping costs, so there will be no additional charges once the order has been dispatched.
●  Shipments to other countries may incur customs duties at the customer’s expense.

Returns:

●  You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return through our returns portal.
●  The portal will show the price of the return label, which will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received.
●  Only products in perfect condition will be accepted for return.
●  The following products are non-refundable: opened contact lens boxes, toric, multifocal or XR lenses, prescription lenses, and shipping costs.
