Can I return my order?
Of course. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
The process is very simple: you just need to request it through our returns portal, where you will find all the instructions along with the corresponding shipping label. In this same portal, you will be able to check the cost of the return depending on your country and see a list of the nearest drop-off points to your address.
The refund will be processed once we receive your return. You will receive it through the same payment method used in your order.
In our refunds and returns policy we explain step by step how to manage your return and all the detailed return and refund conditions. If you have any inquiries or issues with the process, our Customer service team will be glad to help.
Can I return my order at a physical store?
Yes, we have physical stores in several cities in Spain where you can return your order. When you start the process in our returns portal, in the “Return Method” section you can select the in-store return option, and a list of available stores will be displayed. If you choose this option, you will receive the full refund with no deduction for return handling.
How will I receive my refund after a return?
The refund is processed as soon as we receive your return and it is always issued through the same payment method you used in your order.
We recommend checking our refunds and returns policy before starting the process, and if you have any questions, our Customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Yes, the cost of the return label is at the customer’s expense, unless you make the return in one of our physical stores. The amount depends on the country from which you send the order and you can check it directly in our returns portal.
If you prefer, you can also ask our Customer service team about the cost before placing your order. In any case, you can always consult our refunds and returns policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In the order confirmation email, you will find the estimated delivery date, which is calculated based on three factors: product availability, whether your order includes prescription lenses, and the destination country.
If you need to know an estimated delivery date before placing your order, you can contact our Customer service team, who will provide you with the most accurate delivery estimate for your case.
What should I do if my order appears as delivered but I haven’t received it?
This is a very unusual situation, but if it happens don’t worry: our Customer service team is here to help you. You just need to contact us and we will guide you step by step. We will get in touch with the carrier to open a claim and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
Can I collect my order at a carrier’s pick-up point?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email directly from the carrier with the shipping details and, in most cases, you will be able to choose the option to collect it at one of their partner pick-up points.
If at any time you have doubts or difficulties during the process, don’t worry: our Customer service team is always available to assist you.
Can I collect my order at a physical store?
Yes, of course. You just need to indicate it in the order notes before completing your purchase. If you have already confirmed your order and did not include it in the notes, please contact our Customer service team as soon as possible and we will prepare it so that you can collect it in one of our physical stores.
Here is the list of available stores for in-store collection:
Madrid:

Do I have to pay customs duties?
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, no customs duties or procedures will apply. For shipments to the United States, Brazil and India, the shipping cost already includes customs taxes, so in this case you will not have to pay anything else once the order has been placed.
However, for shipments outside the European Union, the United States, Brazil and India local authorities may impose taxes, duties, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges depend entirely on the legislation of each country, therefore, we cannot provide an estimated amount.
In the event that customs duties are generated, they must be paid by the customer. Visual-Click is not responsible for these costs and, except in very specific cases, they are non-refundable. If the customer refuses the package in order not to pay these charges, the order cannot be returned or refunded.
We understand that these procedures may be confusing, so if you have any questions or difficulties our Customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
At Visual-Click, we only work with trusted carriers to ensure your order always arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Within the European Union, we offer standard shipping with GLS and express shipping with UPS. You will be able to choose your preferred option at checkout.
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with DHL Express, while shipments to the rest of the world outside the EU are carried out with UPS.
The cost of shipping will depend on the total value of your order and will always be calculated transparently before you confirm your purchase.
Can I change my address once my order has been shipped?
Once your order has left our warehouse, in most cases you can request the address change directly from the carrier. You just need to provide them with your tracking number, which you will find in your customer area and in the shipping confirmation email.
If you prefer, you can also contact our Customer service team, who will pass on the necessary instructions to the carrier to try to manage the change for you. Please note that, although we will do our best, we cannot always guarantee the address modification once the package is in transit.
What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?
If you are no longer interested in receiving your order, you can refuse delivery and the package will be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we will process the corresponding refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as stated in our refunds and returns policy.
To speed up the process, we recommend notifying us as soon as possible so we can coordinate the return directly with the carrier.
What do the parameters in my contact lens prescription mean?
Your contact lens prescription includes several values that indicate how the contact lenses should fit your eye and what visual correction they provide:
● BC (Base Curve): corresponds to the curvature of your cornea and ensures a proper fit.
● DIA (Diameter): indicates the size of the lens to correctly cover the eye’s surface.
● SPH (Sphere): your main correction, whether for myopia or hyperopia.
● CYL (Cylinder) and AXIS (Axis): appear if you have astigmatism, to correct the irregular shape of your cornea.
● ADD (Addition): used for multifocal contact lenses, to correct presbyopia (age-related farsightedness).
Can I use my glasses prescription to order contact lenses?
No. Even if your glasses and contact lens prescriptions look similar, they are not the same. You must have a specific eye test for contact lenses and another for glasses.
Which contact lenses are best for me?
Your trusted optician or ophthalmologist will recommend the best contact lenses for you. They will assess factors such as your prescription, how you plan to use them, and your tear quantity to recommend the type and material that best suit your eyes.
How often should I buy new contact lenses?
The frequency at which you purchase your contact lenses will depend on the recommendations of your optician or ophthalmologist. As a reference, daily lenses are replaced every day, bi-weekly contact lenses every 15 days, and monthly contact lenses once a month.
How can I get a new contact lens fitting?
If you need to change the type, material or power of your contact lenses, a new fitting is required. To do so, you should visit your optician or ophthalmologist, who will carry out an eye examination and advise you on the most suitable option.
Do my contact lenses need specific care?
It depends on the type of contact lenses you use. Daily contact lenses don’t require any maintenance, as they are disposed of after each use. Bi-weekly or monthly contact lenses, on the other hand, need to be cleaned and stored daily using a solution recommended by your optician, to avoid residue build-up and maintain comfort. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly before handling them and to replace the case regularly. On our website, you can find solutions and accessories for the proper care of your contact lenses.
What payment methods are available?
We offer several payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you:
● Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay)
● PayPal
● Bank transfer: you will receive the instructions once you complete your order
● Klarna and Scalapay: pay in instalments with no interest
Is the payment secure?
Yes, it’s completely secure. At Visual-Click we use the SSL protocol, which encrypts all your data so it’s always transmitted safely. In addition, all payment transactions on Visual-Click take place in a secure environment provided by the payment gateways themselves. Your card details are handled exclusively by a secure server that Visual-Click never has access to. We rely on secure and trusted online payment solutions, such as Shopify Payment.
Can I change my payment method?
It’s not possible to change the payment method once the order has been confirmed. If you need to change it, just contact our Customer service team so they can cancel your order and you can place a new one using your preferred payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order once confirmed?
You can request a change or cancellation as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Write to us as soon as possible and our Customer service team will handle it for you.
If the order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. But don’t worry: contact us anyway and we’ll look for the best solution adapted to your case.
What do the parameters on my prescription glasses mean?
Your prescription contains several values that indicate what type of correction your lenses need. Here’s a simple explanation of each one, so you can better understand them when ordering your lenses:
● Sphere (SPH): corrects myopia or hyperopia. A negative value (–) indicates myopia, while a positive value (+) indicates hyperopia.
● Cylinder (CYL) and Axis (AXI): correct astigmatism.
● Pupillary Distance (PD or DIP/DP): measures the distance between your pupils to ensure proper lens alignment.
● Addition (ADD): appears only on prescriptions for progressive lenses (presbyopia). Unfortunately, we do not currently offer progressive lenses, so you won’t find this parameter in our online form.
Remember that the prescription for glasses is not the same as the one for contact lenses.
If you’d like more information, our Customer service will be happy to help you fill in the prescription form. You can also upload your prescription or send it by email, and we’ll take care of everything for you.
What lens coatings do you offer?
To make your glasses more comfortable, durable and safe, you can add different treatments to your lenses. At Visual-Click, we include anti-scratch and anti-reflective coatings free of charge – both are essential for everyday use.
You can also add extra filters for greater protection:
● Blue light filter: ideal if you spend long hours in front of digital screens. It helps reduce eye strain.
● Photochromic lenses: these darken in sunlight and remain clear indoors. Perfect if you want lenses that adapt to any situation without changing frames. When adding this treatment, you can choose your lens tint – brown, grey or green.
● Polarised lenses: especially recommended for driving or skiing. They eliminate glare from reflective surfaces like water, snow or roads, providing clearer and more comfortable vision.
If you’re unsure which option is best for you, our qualified opticians will be happy to advise you.
If you have any doubts, our team of Customer service will be delighted to advise you and help you find the option that best suits your needs.
What are lens indices?
The index indicates the thickness of prescription lenses. The higher the index, the thinner and more aesthetic the lens. At Visual-Click we work with different indices of organic lenses:
● Index 1.5: standard lens, recommended for prescriptions below 1.50 dioptres. Limited to –2.00 astigmatism.
● Index 1.6: thin lens, recommended for prescriptions below 3.50 dioptres. Limited to –2.00 astigmatism.
● Index 1.67: very thin lens, recommended for high prescriptions above ±6.00 dioptres. Limited to –4.00 astigmatism.
● Index 1.74: the thinnest lens on the market, recommended for very high prescriptions above ±6.00 dioptres. Limited to –4.00 astigmatism.
This way, you can choose the option that best combines comfort, aesthetics and strength according to your prescription.
What material are your lenses made of and which laboratory produces them?
We always work with organic lenses, mainly made from polycarbonate, because they offer numerous advantages compared with mineral lenses: they are lighter, more durable, more impact-resistant, provide better protection against solar radiation, and can be tinted in any colour.
As for the laboratories, our optical lenses (for prescription glasses) are made by Zeiss, while our sunglass lenses are produced by Prats – two internationally renowned leaders in optical quality.
Can I buy progressive or occupational lenses?
Unfortunately, Visual-Click does not offer progressive or occupational lenses at the moment due to the difficulty of ensuring proper adaptation online.
We recommend purchasing them from a local optician, where you’ll receive professional advice and the best possible fit for your vision.
What we can offer you are single-vision lenses (for distance or near vision) or, if you prefer, the option to buy only the frame at a very competitive price. This way, you can have your lenses fitted at a local optician while enjoying the comfort of buying online.
Can I buy prescription sunglasses?
Of course! Sunglasses can be fitted with prescription lenses to correct the most common visual problems, such as myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism. All our prescription sun lenses include UV protection, with different categories depending on the level of protection required.
You can also choose polarised lenses, which reduce glare on surfaces like asphalt, snow or water, offering clearer and more comfortable vision. This is an ideal solution for driving, outdoor sports or simply enjoying the sun with maximum protection. During the lens selection process, you’ll have the option to add this treatment.
If I order prescription sunglasses, will they have the brand logo?
Prescription lenses do not feature the brand logo, as they are produced in a specialised laboratory – in this case, Prats – to match your visual correction. We mount these custom lenses onto your frame and also include the original branded demo lenses, so you always have the option to reinstall them whenever you wish.
Can any sunglass frame be fitted with prescription lenses?
Not every pair of sunglasses can be fitted with prescription lenses. Very curved, wraparound or shield-style designs don’t allow the correct adaptation of prescription lenses. In fact, on our website you won’t see the option to add prescription lenses if the model isn’t suitable.
It’s best to choose medium-sized models without excessive curvature and always certified. If you have any doubts, our Customer service can advise you on the models that best meet your needs.
What should I do if I entered my details incorrectly?
If you entered your prescription details incorrectly in the form, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, as we process orders quickly. We can only make changes to your order before it has been shipped. Check your prescription carefully and, if necessary, ask our Customer service team to confirm that we received your details correctly. They will immediately notify our opticians of any necessary modification.
Can I buy lenses without the frame?
Absolutely! If your frame was purchased from Visual-Click, you can renew it with new lenses without buying a complete pair of glasses. Just provide us with your order number and we’ll prepare a personalised quote based on the lenses you need. This way, you can enjoy new lenses while keeping your favourite frame, with the full Visual-Click guarantee.
However, if your frame was not purchased from Visual-Click, we cannot guarantee optimal results and therefore do not offer this service.
How can I clean my glasses?
For everyday care, the best way is to clean them with a microfibre cloth, using gentle circular motions. For a deeper clean, rinse them with lukewarm water and a bit of mild soap, rinse well and dry them with the microfibre cloth. This keeps your glasses shiny and free from smudges.
Another useful tip is to store them in their protective case whenever you’re not using them – this prevents scratches, dirt and deformation. Also, keep them away from heat sources and never clean them with tissues or wet wipes, as these can damage the lenses.
What do the parameters on my contact lens prescription mean?
Your contact lens prescription includes several values that indicate how the lenses should fit your eye and what visual correction they provide:
● BC (Base Curve): corresponds to the curvature of your cornea and ensures a proper fit.
● DIA (Diameter): indicates the size of the lens to correctly cover the eye’s surface.
● SPH (Sphere): your main correction, whether for myopia or hyperopia.
● CYL (Cylinder) and AXIS (Axis): appear if you have astigmatism, to correct the irregular shape of your cornea.
● ADD (Addition): used for multifocal lenses, to correct presbyopia (age-related farsightedness).
These parameters ensure your lenses fit comfortably and provide the clearest, sharpest vision possible as prescribed by your eye specialist.

Are your products authentic?
At Visual-Click, you’ll only find 100% new and authentic products. We work directly with official laboratories and manufacturers, so you can shop with total confidence.
All our sunglasses and prescription glasses come with their original case, cleaning cloth, and the brand’s authenticity certificate — ensuring you receive a genuine product with top quality and full brand backing.
How can I know if the model I want is in stock?
Each product page shows the estimated delivery time. If you see a short timeframe (less than 7–10 days), it means the model is in stock and ready to ship. Please note that if you add prescription lenses, preparing your order may take an extra 2–3 days.
And if you want to be 100% sure, our Customer service team will be happy to confirm it for you.
What if the model I want is sold out?
If a model isn’t available, you’ll see the “Notify me when available” button instead of “Add to cart” on the product page. Just leave your email, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back in stock so you don’t miss out on your favourite pair.
What warranty period do you offer?
All our glasses come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty. For prescription lenses, the warranty covers any manufacturing defects. You can find more details about the warranty in our Terms of service.
How can I request a warranty claim?
It’s super easy — just contact our Customer service team and tell us what happened. We’ll ask for a few photos or a short video from different angles so our opticians and the manufacturer can check the issue. With that info, we’ll get back to you quickly with the best solution.
Who covers the shipping costs for warranty returns?
For warranty claims, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer, as stated in our Terms of service. Our Customer Service team will guide you step by step to ensure the process is smooth and secure, so we can review your product as soon as possible and offer a quick solution backed by the manufacturer.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Of course! If your glasses were bought at Visual-Click and the manufacturer provides replacement parts, we’ll help you give them a second life. We just need to check that your model hasn’t been discontinued, and then our Customer service team will guide you through the process and send you a personalised quote.
Are the sunglasses original?
All our products are brand new and 100% authentic. We do not sell any item that is not original.
All the products on our website come directly from our optical stores, purchased from official laboratories and manufacturers, so you can shop with complete confidence.
If I add prescription lenses, will the lenses be from the original brand?
Prescription lenses are manufactured in the specialised optical laboratory Prats to match your exact prescription. For this reason, they are not from the same brand as the frame, but they maintain the highest optical quality standards.
In addition, we will always include the brand’s original lenses, so you can put them back whenever you wish.
Do the sunglasses come with the original accessories?
All our sunglasses are delivered with their original case, cleaning cloth and the brand’s certificate of authenticity. This ensures you receive a genuine product of the highest quality and official guarantee.
Please note that accessories may vary between models of the same brand and designs may be updated over time.
Can I add my prescription to the sunglasses?
Not all sunglasses can be fitted with prescription lenses, as the design of some models does not allow it. If possible, you’ll see the “Add your prescription” button on the product page, where you can select your prescription lenses. If the button does not appear, it means the frame is not suitable for prescription lenses.
Sunglasses can be customised to correct the most common visual problems such as myopia, hyperopia, or astigmatism. In addition, all our prescription sun lenses include a UV filter to protect your eyes from solar radiation and are category 3, ensuring maximum protection.
What is the warranty period for your products?
All our glasses come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. In the case of prescription lenses, the warranty covers manufacturing defects. You can find more information about the warranty in our general terms and conditions.
What material are your lenses made of and which laboratory manufactures them?
We always work with organic lenses, mainly made of polycarbonate, as they offer numerous advantages over mineral lenses: they are lighter, more durable, impact-resistant, provide better protection against solar radiation, and can also be tinted in any colour.
Our sunglass lenses are produced by Prats, an internationally recognised optical laboratory known for its outstanding quality.
What treatments can I add to my sun lenses?
You can choose polarised lenses, ideal for driving or outdoor activities. This treatment eliminates glare from surfaces like water, snow or asphalt, providing clearer and more comfortable vision.
If you prefer prescription glasses that automatically adapt to light conditions, we recommend photochromic lenses. They remain clear indoors and darken in sunlight — a perfect option if you want versatile glasses without changing frames.
How can I find my frame size?
You can find the size of the glasses below the model reference and in the product details. It is also engraved on the inside of one temple arm. If you already own a pair that fits well, check the size on the temple to choose a similar frame.
If you don’t know your size, here’s a quick trick: place a credit card vertically on your face, aligning one edge with the centre of your nose.
● If the other edge reaches the end of your eye → size medium (50–52).
● If it extends past the corner of your eye → size small (47–49).
● If it doesn’t reach the end of your eye → size large (53–55).
How can I tell if the lenses are polarised?
The product details indicate whether the model has polarised lenses. These are ideal for reducing glare and improving visual clarity in bright or outdoor environments.
How can I know if a model suits me?
First, identify your face shape (round, square, oval, etc.) and look for a model that enhances your features. In this article you’ll find a complete guide to help you discover which styles suit you best.
In short, we recommend choosing a frame size proportional to your face, ensuring the bridge doesn’t slip, the lower rim doesn’t touch your cheeks, and the upper rim doesn’t cover your eyebrows.
How should I clean and care for my sunglasses?
The quickest way is to use a microfibre cloth. Most branded sunglasses include one, along with a case, ideal for a quick clean before wearing them.
For a deeper clean, rinse your glasses with lukewarm water and apply a little hand soap to clean the lenses. Rub gently with your fingers until it foams, then rinse well and dry with the microfibre cloth using soft circular motions. Avoid hot water or abrasive products to preserve the coating and keep them looking new.
We recommend storing your glasses in their case when not in use to prevent scratches and dirt.
Are your prescription glasses original?
All our products are brand new and 100% authentic. We do not sell any non-original items.
All products available on our website come from our own optical stores and are purchased directly from official laboratories and authorised manufacturers, so you can shop with complete confidence.
Do prescription glasses come with original accessories?
All our prescription glasses are delivered with their original case and cleaning cloth, as well as the brand’s official warranty certificate. This ensures that you receive an authentic product of the highest quality with full brand backing.
Please note that accessories may vary between models of the same brand and that designs can be updated over time.
If I add prescription lenses, will they be from the original brand?
Prescription lenses are produced in the specialised optical laboratory Zeiss to match your exact prescription. For this reason, they are not from the same brand as the frame, but they maintain the highest optical quality standards.
In addition, we will always include the original brand lenses so that you can replace them whenever you wish.

What do the parameters in my prescription mean?

● Sphere (SPH): corrects myopia or hyperopia. A negative (–) value indicates myopia, while a positive (+) value indicates hyperopia.
● Cylinder (CYL) and Axis (AXI): correct astigmatism.
● Pupillary Distance (PD): measures the distance between your pupils to ensure the lenses are properly centred.
● Addition (ADD): appears only in progressive lens prescriptions (for presbyopia). Unfortunately, we do not currently offer progressive lenses, so you will not find this option on our website form.
Can I order progressive or occupational lenses?
Unfortunately, at Visual-Click we do not offer progressive or occupational lenses, as these require in-person adjustments to ensure proper adaptation. We recommend purchasing them from a local optician.
However, we do offer single-vision lenses (for distance or near vision). Alternatively, you can order the frame only at a highly competitive price and have your lenses fitted locally, combining the convenience of online shopping with the precision of an in-store fitting.
What are lens indexes?
The index determines the thickness of your prescription lenses. The higher the index, the thinner and more aesthetically refined the lenses will be. At Visual-Click, we work with several organic lens indexes:
● 1.50 index: standard lens, recommended for prescriptions below ±1.50 dioptres. Limited to –2.00 cylinder.
● 1.60 index: thin lens, recommended for prescriptions below ±3.50 dioptres. Limited to –2.00 cylinder.
● 1.67 index: extra-thin lens, suitable for higher prescriptions above ±6.00 dioptres. Limited to –4.00 cylinder.
● 1.74 index: the thinnest lens available, ideal for very high prescriptions above ±6.00 dioptres. Limited to –4.00 cylinder.
What lens coatings can I add to my prescription glasses?
All our clear lenses include anti-reflection and hard coating as standard. These increase resistance to minor scratches and reduce distracting light reflections.
You can also add optional treatments depending on your needs:
● Blue-light filter: protects your eyes from harmful blue light emitted by digital screens and helps prevent eye fatigue, irritation, and redness.
● Polarised lenses: ideal for driving or outdoor activities. This treatment eliminates reflections from water, snow, or asphalt, providing clearer, sharper vision.
● Photochromic lenses: automatically adapt to light conditions – clear indoors and darken in sunlight – a perfect choice for versatile glasses without changing frames.
